Affiliate Program Rules
- Commissions are calculate excluding taxes and shipping costs.
- Affiliates and influencers will not receive commission on any sales to themselves.
- Payments are calculated on the 1st of every month and a check will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days.
- Prior to receiving your first commission check, all new affiliates must send a completed IRS Form W-9 to affiliate@wgmed.com.
- By creating an affiliate account, and by referring visitors, you are agreeing that you have read the Terms and Conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for every term and condition.
