If you are on active duty and would like to receive a 25% lifetime discount, please send the following to sales@wgmed.com:

• Copy of most recent Military ID (CAC) Card

-OR-

• Full name and
• Birthday

For Veterans

If you are a veteran and would like to receive a 25% lifetime discount, please send the following to sales@wgmed.com:

• Copy of DD Form 214 (Character of Service Discharge Type must be Honorable)

Service-Disabled Veterans - 50% Lifetime Discount

For Service-Disabled Veterans

If you are a service-disabled veteran and would like to receive a 50% lifetime discount, please send the following to sales@wgmed.com:

• Copy of DD Form 214 (Character of Service Discharge Type must be Honorable) and
• VA decision letter showing your full name and percent (%) assigned
